THE JOB

The Luna Daily Ambassador Team is a spirited, entrepreneurial, charming and ambitious group at the heart of Luna Daily’s US marketing strategy. Our goal is to drive product trial, win new Luna Daily fans, create content and support our in store Sephora sales. Each mission is different: be it giving spray-to-wipes to busy people on the move, surprising gym goers with mini washes in the shower of Barry’s Bootcamp, SoulCycle and more, refreshing students on campus or gifting the perfect hospital bag essential to a group expectant moms. We make sure that every consumer we sample gets a special interaction, giving them a truly elevated and luxurious Luna Daily experience. The Ambassador Collective are the inspiring face of the Luna Daily brand and part of the best student job in the world.

LIVE AND BREATHE THE PRODUCT AND BRAND

• Be a credible product and brand expert, delivering the appropriate product to consumers at the right place and right time, for example, a cooling Spray-to-Wipe for instant cleansing on a hot day in the city


• Be knowledgeable and comfortable in educating the consumer and answering questions on what makes Luna Daily unique


• Be knowledgeable around the physical benefits of the product and understand how to communicate this at the right sampling situation


• Keep up to date with everything that goes on in the world of Luna Daily and our wider education mission

PLAN UNIQUE AND STRATEGIC MISSIONS TO REACH OUR CONSUMERS IN THE PERFECT MOMENT OF NEED

• Work within a team in your city and plan missions on a weekly basis


• Proactively provide ideas, contacts and suggestions for sampling opportunities on an on-going basis


• Take ownership of key sampling projects that are set on a monthly basis


• Develop relationships in your city with store managers, campus managers, gym owners & more to help you deliver your mission


• Actively discover new consumers for Luna Daily in new locations outside of sampling missions

BE EXPERTS AT ENGAGING AND INTERACTING WITH OUR CONSUMERS

• Be the sparkling personality that captivates their audience at all times, developing a rapport with consumers in a short time through a natural conversation


• Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of people and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer


• Act as a Luna Daily Ambassador at all times: be able and willing to share Luna Daily content across your social networks

• Excellent communication skills


• Must be able to work exceptionally well with others in a team environment
